about us

Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by life? Whether you’re a struggling student, questioning your gender identity or sexuality, or struggling with self-prioritization, you’re not alone.

Perhaps you need a nonjudgmental space to freely express yourself. If this resonates with you, we can work together to increase your self-esteem, self-acceptance, and self-care.

My Approach to Therapy

I have a gentle, affirming approach towards therapy, going at your pace. Starting therapy can be nerve-wracking, but my goal is to meet you as an equal, not an intimidating expert. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, upbringing, and life events, finding what makes you feel “stuck.”

Through a social justice-informed, integrative, strength-based approach, we’ll figure out what you want the next chapter of your story to look like.

Specializations and Experience

Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I’ve worked with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, Autism, LGBTQIA+ issues, and more.

I also have experience providing mental health assessments for hormonal and surgical treatments for gender dysphoria and writing the subsequent letters needed for insurance.

The Joy of Growth

Therapy can be hard; it’s a growing experience. However, it’s not uncommon that I share quite a few laughs with my clients along the way.

Therapy doesn’t have to be scary! One of the most important aspects leading to positive outcomes is the therapeutic relationship – we need to feel comfortable and enjoy working together.

Please feel free to to arrange a free 15-minute consultation to see if I’m the right fit for you. Let’s take this first step together towards healing and self-discovery.
