It can be stressful to find support and a therapist for your loved ones or for yourself. I believe that every person, couple, and family are unique, and everyone’s journey through therapy will look different. My therapeutic approach is to create a safe environment, create a collaborative approach, and highlighting and using the client’s strengths during therapy.
My focus is building communication skills, processing past-trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. Also, supporting the client through their new transition (work, school, divorce, relationship conflict) by processing any challenges or emotions that may appear along the way and managing their stress.
I’m also basic trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); EMDR can assist the client to process past trauma, panic attacks, or chronic toxic stress.
I know finding a therapist can be overwhelming! You can schedule a 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.

In my free time, I love to bake. I like to draw, coloring, and binge-watch television shows. Some of my favorite things I like to do over the weekend are taking little adventures around the city and trying new cuisines. Occasionally, I enjoy reading fictional books.
