Hey there, my name is Anthony!

Having been lost myself, I’m deeply passionate about offering a space to those who are navigating their own journey of self-discovery.

I always begin with wanting to know what has happened on your journey thus far; from there we can come together to explore all the different paths that lie ahead of you. As a gay, Vietnamese-Chinese American, my own journey has its own nuances that made it hard to balance between choosing myself or others. Similarly, I value taking the time to understand the nuances of the intersectional identities that make your journey uniquely yours.

My approach blends Humanistic Person-Centered Therapy,  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to create a warm, supportive space where you can grow, challenge yourself, and unlock new insights. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, build coping skills, and develop healthier thought patterns. I am committed to holding a safe refuge for you to come to when the journey starts to get rough or if you just need a moment of reprieve.

For any journey, we start with packing, this includes an open mind, readiness to lean into the discomfort, embracing new experiences, and making sure we have some fun along the way. It would be an honor to accompany you on this transformative journey.
