Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, grief-stricken, confused, or just want an unbiased (professional) opinion, I would love to help! Even looking for a therapist can be difficult and time consuming; thank you for taking the time to read what I’ve written. And even if I’m not who you’re looking for, I sincerely hope you’re able to conquer the challenges in your life.

Therapy sessions with me revolve around you and your preferences. I’ll meet you where you’re at, even if you’re not yet sure where “at” is. We’ll talk about where you are now and where you’d like to be and then work together to bridge the gap.

Working “together” will be the keystone of our therapeutic process. We’ll collaborate to come up with a path forward that we both feel is beneficial to your situation. To help form this team, I’ll do everything I can to provide a safe space in which you can be your true self. On the flip side, I hope that you’ll feel comfortable enough to be open and honest! But, no pressure to discuss anything you’re not ready for.

I’ve had the pleasure of helping others toward their goals in a variety of settings, with anxiety, depression, and grief remaining at the forefront of my work up until now. Something I have learned during this time is that it’s okay not to be okay. No one should have to hide their experiences or feel lesser for them.
